Zaptech (nick name over Skype zaptechsolutions ) is a great freelance web development company. As per my experience they have both normal web development skills as well as application software programming skills. Their ecommerce web development team is highly flexible and has multiple technical skill sets in Joomla, Magento OScommerce, Xcart zencart etc.. They had the ability to look at other applications and quickly replicate their functionality. We have never encountered any communication gap – they have good written English , though I don’t have a lot of experience with them face to face(most of our work together has been via chat or email) but I have used them for a number of projectsIncluding a full time gig that went for 6 months in magento development and would recommend zaptechsolutions for outsourcing your Magento development work. they got on very well with our development team which included people from Denmark, Australia, Russia, Switzerland and England and productive and worked well across multiple cultures and time zones.

I really appreciate his patience in dealing with our Danish counter parts because it took him around 3 to4 hours a day of Skype phone call to get the instructions from Denmark.
