Every potential customer would come across the user interface (UI) of your mobile app as soon as he downloads it. A well designed and user friendly app interface will create a positive impression on the consumers and they’re likely to get tempted to use the app. Each element or feature of the app should be designed keeping in mind the user experience. Even the first-time users should be able to understand the features and functionality of the app.

2. Mandatory sign up? Why?

There’s no need to add mandatory sign up for the app as some of the users may get turned off by seeing that. Imagine how would a user feel if they have to enter the login details without understanding what the app does. Users can abandon your app is you make it compulsory for them to sign up before accessing the features. You can ask for signup when users get comfortable using the app or reward them for signing up for your app. For example, you can offer free ebook or a specific feature to them when they login to your app.

3. Announce the improvements and features within the app

App owners can announce the improvements within the app so that the users know about the changes made. Showing off your updates is a great idea to keep the users engaged and interested. They would keep coming back when they realize that you work on the app constantly to improve the features and functionality.

4. Be active in social media

Social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others make it easier for users to know about your app and its features. You can reach a wide number of audience through social media networks.

Placing contact details of your business makes the users trust you. If they find that there is no contact information, they may not like to use your app. Once you provide the contact details, users may be able to provide feedback and suggestions.
